• A copy of the passport is required to make the reservation.
• Deposit: Once the reservation request is received in writing, you have 72 hours to make the deposit of 50% of the value of the plan and 15 days before the trip must be the total payment; penalties apply for cancellation.
• Penalties for cancellation of quota: Any cancellation after the reservation has been made will result in a charge of management and reservation fees according to the proximity of the departure date, corresponding to a percentage of the total value of the plan. No-show on the day of departure, or cancellation one day before, will result in 100% cancellation fee, plus any additional charges or expenses that may occur will be billed. All services not taken or voluntarily cancelled by clients during their itinerary are not subject to refund.

Nautilos Hotel Group will store excess baggage in the office in Medellin.
